I'm thrilled you're looking to discover more.

I capture the strength and courage of awe-inspiring women who want to give birth on their own terms, taking care to record a series of breathtaking, raw images without the feeling of intrusion.

You're super comfortable in your skin and have a supportive partner who understands the importance of these moments because it's their birth story too.

You know you want to work with someone you feel comfortable with and who specialises in birth photography and intimate mothering sessions.

You want peace of mind.

You're looking for more than just a snapshot of your birth.

You want all the emotions of the day caught and preserved in an artistic way.

You love that your children will grow up and have access and insight to the day they were born.

Who is Lillian Craze?

It's me!

I named my business Lillian Craze simply because, when I googled my name there were millions of Jo Robertsons!!

There is a genuine link, my middle name is Lillian and my maiden name is Craze - I combined the two and Lillian Craze Birth Photography was born (no pun intended)

I'm married to a super supportive man, mum to two gorgeous boys and owner of a very cute beagle. Life can be pretty manic but I wouldn't change it for the world.

I'm also a very proud columnist for Juno Magazine. My column is called "Birth in Pictures" it's where I share my birth photography and my thoughts on being a birth photographer. Be sure to take a look!

I live in a small town called Porthcawl which runs along the beautiful coastline of South Wales.

I love hot baths, jumping into a freshly made bed and the sound and smell of rain, and when off-call a cold g&t.

Warm Welsh hugs ~

"I was really excited to have a photographer be at the birth but started to doubt it as we got close to the due date. During the labor, which was a long one, I didn't want a lot of people around so I wasn't sure about having a photographer but I also didn't want to regret not having her. I was so glad that we called Jo. She was very respectful of our space and made sure she wasn't in our way. I knew she was around but I was in my own zone. She kept aligned with keeping the space peaceful. She is just a beautiful spirit. I absolutely love all the photos I got from her. I'm so grateful that she was able to capture the special moments my daughter was born, Thank you Jo!!!"
